NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. in the first floor conference room of the J. Reuben Daniel City Hall for the following purposes:  (1) to present the Proposed FY 2012 - 2013 Budget and (2) to go into closed session to discuss a personnel matter as allowed by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6).

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TIME & LOCATION OF JUNE WORK SESSION

Notice is hereby given that the June City Council Work Session will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall.  Please note that the change in time and location are due to the fact that the public hearing on the proposed FY 2012-2013 Budget will be held at this meeting.
