A hearing, the first step in formal minimum housing process, has been held regarding the condition of the structures listed below by City Code Enforcement staff. This first step is used to identify whether the condition of a structure is determined to be dilapidated or deteriorated according to City Minimum Housing Standards.

Additional information and a photograph related to specific locations are provided below, in addition to the established maximum time frame allowed for repairs, prior to the Code Enforcement Staff requesting formal action by City Council, to secure the repair or removal of a structure.
