The Planning and Development office answers questions concerning zoning and rezoning matters, 911 addressing, annexation, property uses, as well as building permits, building inspections, minimum housing and building codes. The Planning and Development office is also in charge of Code Enforcement.  You can download all permits here.  The Planning and Development Office is located on the first floor of City Hall.

The Code Enforcement Section (Building Inspections Division) is part of the Planning and Development Department and works to insure that all State Building Code and local requirements are met. The Code Enforcement Section is also located on the first floor of City Hall.  View downloads here.
