W. Keith Bell, District 3 Councilmember

Councilman W. Keith Bell was elected in November 2023 and is serving his first term in office representing District 3. 

He served in the US Army (Active Duty & Reserves, Retired, MAJOR, 2005). He retired in 2022 after a career with the Department of Education as a teacher, principal, and charter head. He is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and is a Deacon at Roanoke Chapel Baptist Church in Jackson, NC.
