The City Manager's office is responsible for guiding and implementing City Council policy and providing overall management of municipal operations. This office includes the City Clerk position, which is responsible for keeping and maintaining all official records.
Mr. Joseph Scherer was sworn in as City Manager of Roanoke Rapids at the City Council's Regular Business Meeting on Tuesday, August 14, 2012.
